Shipping policy

Products are made to order and shipped directly from the factory to our customers. It generally takes 1-3 days to physically create the product from raw material, and this process can begin immediately upon an order being placed (even overnight). After completion, post processing, and inspection, it's carefully boxed and shipped to your door. Shipping usually takes 2-4 days, depending on the carrier and time of year.
